The Fifth Label River City Dress Ivory Free People

I remember first falling in love with this dress at a LuLu*s blogger event during NYFW. My gorgeous friend Jess Galfo (check out her blog Dressed by Jess!) and I were perusing their spring collection and couldn’t get over how adorable it was. The styling options are endless with this item—patent sandals, flatforms, sneakers, pumps, blazers, trench coats and jewelry galore. Part sweet, part edgy, this drop-waisted design can be made casual or chic in seconds by switching one or two accessories.

This dress is designed by The Fifth, and although it’s now sold out at LuLu*s, I just found it at Free People in ivory (featured above) and black here.

I hope you had an amazing weekend!

I was so inspired when I saw Meredith Melling Burke’s street-style look this past week. All-denim can be tricky, but it’s one of my favorite pairings when done right. From the unbuttoned chambray shirt to the super flared jeans, everything about this outfit is on point. The most important factors? The slight difference in color between the two shades of denim and the shirt being tucked in to create balance.

The high-waisted Rag & Bone ‘Justine’ jeans featured are perfection. They’re a splurge, but they’d become a spring, summer and fall staple for me without a doubt. Madewell has a similar pair here that’s also a great option.

The chambray shirt, black wedges and brushed gold bangles above are all on sale! Just click on each item directly to shop and have the best weekend!

This skirt makes me want to spin in circles when I put it on (plus I’m rejoicing that winter’s finally in my rearview!).

My closet is filled with neutrals, but there’s something about a bright floral print that’s so enticing. Bold and eye-catching, this affordable skirt (only $38!), is a versatile piece you can wear to work, dinner, weekend brunch and anywhere in between. Plus it’s high-waisted, so you can enter into crop top territory (a necessary option for me). An item like this can be an instant spring refresh for your wardrobe that doesn’t break the bank.

To make my outfit more transitional, I tucked in a simple chiffon blouse. A tee or tank would work just as well when it’s warmer.

Lush skirt, ASTR blouse (similar style here and here), Nine West ‘Juliette’ platform pump (on sale!), Ray-Ban mirrored aviators, Madewell ‘Band’ ring and Via Buia ivory snake clutch (20% off! with coupon code LANAJAYNE).
